Great supermarket. Rather spacious by design. Nice range of locally produced produce here too. They have a little cafe built into it. Gear place to grab coffee in the air con in summer and heat in winter. They also stock lovely flowers, orchids in pots as well.
Always a pleasure to see Rob or Phoebe in the morning. Hope they both get a raise soon.
The staff are friendly and efficient, in what must be a difficult job. They're not responsible for the inflated prices and some customers are jerks. I'm giving the staff five stars and the Woolies upper management zero for treating the staff like rubbish. Solidarity with the workers and union.
Small Woolworths but has a good selection and prices for its size and it has its own coffee shop and selection of flowers as you walk in, mainly self service checkouts
I had a lovely experience with the supervisor/manager of the shift named Auditi. Asked me about my day and had a great conversation. Made great coffee. I was going to give a review sometime but always pushed it to later. The coffee with the rewards card is sometimes made by staff that arent properly trained to make coffee. I understand the coffee machine is a special one so they just touch buttons or whatever but sometimes they can burn the milk etc. if you are putting a coffee machine even if you arent training like a barista the coffee culture in this country i think should require you to give some training to the staff. The prices dont match other woolies. They are aware that this is a shop people pass by often stop by so they make the prices higher than usual woolies prices. So overall score is 4… if it werent for my conversation and coffee today it was going to be a 3.
convenient place with decent range of fresh products, nice addition to the area that lacks supermarket for some time
A smallish Woolies with a good selection of groceries for a store this size. Tends to stock more premium brands than generic. Also has a carpark which is super helpful given the location. Friendly and helpful staff.
Definitely a great asset to the area. Customer service is really good. It is only a small store with main necessities. The coffee is really good here which was a surprise. Only negative for me was some of the people around here are weird. Shop wise though it's handy, clean and easily accessible. It's located in an excellent convenient place with a pleasant Park across the road
